The homepage of an ecommerce/retail site is tasked with doing a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to marketing and promotion. I have been responsible for the homepage of Gardner-White for many years now. I use data analysis to determine placement of content, integrate cohesive creative from our other channels, and always keep the customer experience in mind.
Established in Detroit in 1912, Gardner-White is one of the largest furniture retailers in the midwest. They were one of the first in the marketplace to pivot into ecommerce, which has put them ahead of the curve of many industry trends. I serve as the Omnichannel Director in charge of the website and digital marketing initiatives.
